Chronimed Holdings, Inc., d/b/a StatScript Pharmacy, is a specialty pharmacy that distributes prescription drugs and provides specialized therapy management services for people with certain conditions, including HIV/AIDS, organ transplants, and diseases treated with biotech injectable medications. Northland, a provider of a full suite of specialty pharmacy services, including: insurance verification, delivery, shipping, insurance billing and accepting assignment, and compliance monitoring programs, enhances StatScript’s regional presence in the mid-west with its first Ohio location.
Transaction: Sale of company to BioScrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIOS).
