CCG is a leading infusion therapy provider that specializes in servicing patients with chronic or long-term disorders, as well as patients requiring traditional home infusion therapies and services. The Company also provides on-site infusion suite services in the Texas area.
Transaction: Sale of company to OptionCare, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPTN).
