Great Lakes has partnered with Pouschine Cook Capital Management, LLC, a New York City-based private equity firm. Through this recapitalization, Great Lakes will be able to better position itself to take advantage of the growth opportunities in the home healthcare industry and will lead to its emergence as a super-regional provider of home healthcare and related services in the Midwest.
