This is Audax Group’s first dental practice acquisition. Audax also sees a chance to make a consolidation play with Great Expressions Dental Centers, which operates nearly 100 practices in Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia and Connecticut.
