Health and Wellness
Group medical insurance, which covers medical, vision and dental is offered to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Non-exempt Employees may purchase coverage under Provident’s group health insurance plan for their spouse, domestic partner or dependents. The Company provides spousal and family coverage for executive employees at no cost to the employee. Please note that the plans offered are subject to change and amounts contributed by employees are reviewed on the anniversary date of the insurance renewal, and also are subject to change.
Retirement – 401k plan
Provident offers its full-time employees enrollment into the Company’s 401(K) Plan after six (6) continuous months of employment.
The Company offers a matching program, where Provident will match up to 6% of the employee’s salary or the Federal maximum, whichever is lower.
Employees are considered vested after three (3) years of employment.
The Company observes eight paid holidays each year, as follows:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
